Bob Tanaka, Inc. is a small general brokerage real estate company that presently manages approximately 750 rental units on Oahu and the Big Island.
We have been in business since 1976; incorporated in 1978, and handle residential and commercial sales, residential and commercial property management, including government subsidized affordable housing, and condominium association management.
We provide good service at reasonable rates and have good working relationships with owners, tenants and vendors.
