Robert "Bob" K. Tanaka (R)
President/Principal Broker/GRI/C.O.S.
Mr. Tanaka closely supervises the entire operation of Bob Tanaka, Inc. With an extensive background in finance, he obtained his Real Estate license in 1973 and his broker’s license in 1974. He received HUD subsidized multi-family housing certification in 1999.
Kathy Tanaka (R)
Administrative Assistant
Ms. Tanaka started as the company’s secretary in 1977, obtaining her Real Estate sales license in 1980 and her broker’s license in 1988. Ms. Tanaka currently oversees the property management department and serves as administrative assistant to the president/principal broker.
Ronald Tomasa
Accounting Manager
Mr. Tomasa is an independent Certified Public Accountant and replaced our previous Accountant in 2006. He oversees all financial aspects of the property management department.
Lori Palmer (RA)
Account Executive
Ms. Palmer joined the company in March 1986 as secretary/bookkeeper, earning her Real Estate sales license four months later. She presently handles all property management duties.
Kevin K. Tanaka (RA)

Mr. Tanaka joined the company in Jan. 1987 and became a licensed Realtor Associate in Jan. 1994. He is certified in HUD subsidized multi-family housing and RD, Section 515 and Elderly Housing and currently handles all property management duties.
Mark S. Shirai (RA)
Account Executive/C.O.S.
Mr. Shirai joined the company in 2003. He presently handles property management duties. He is certified in HUD subsidized multi-family house and has a Real Estate sales license since 2005.
Patricia Lum
Accounting Clerk
Ms. Lum joined the company in 1998. She assists in bookkeeping and clerical duties.
Carmen Shimogawa

Ms. Shimogawa joined the company in 2001. She assists in bookkeeping and clerical duties.
Ronald Muronaga (RA)
Realtor Associate
Mr. Muronaga joined the company in 1991 and currently assists the president/principal broker in general brokerage activity. He has been licensed since 1983. He also assists account executives in property management activity.
Alan So (RA)
Assistant Property Manager
Mr. So joined the company in July 2006 with a Real Estate sales license in 2006. He is certified in HUD subsidized multi-family housing and RD, Section 515 and Elderly Housing. He presently assists in property management duties and subsidized housing projects.
Sandra Cleland
Assistant Property Manager
Ms. Cleland joined the company in December 2006 and is studying for her Real Estate sales license. She presently assists in property management duties and subsidized housing projects.
Lily Cheung (RA)

Ms. Cheung joined the Company as a Sales Associate/Realtor Associate in 2008. She has a BA degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and is fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese.
